Mark of Medford Company Store Estate Sales brings you generations of treasures in two attached homes and a garage. It’s so interesting to explore the history of the families who shared this “double house.” We compiled this list after one day of work; it could grow. Here is a quick summary of some of what you will find here:
A mix of antique furniture, Mid Century Modern (MCM), oak, pots, pans, dishes, a massive collection of African art & masks, Asian art, batik art, jewelry, textiles, pottery, glass, lighting, small rugs, lots of furniture perfect for painting, quite a collection of older clothing & accessories for women, mirrors, shelving, stained glass, electronics, concrete planters, garden & porch furniture, sewing machines & lots of crafting supplies, lots of rust, parts, bits & pieces, crates.
“MAKE A BUNDLE, MAKE A DEAL”. We suggest being prepared with boxes, gloves, and flashlights to make it easier on yourself.

No tickets this week – the sale is starting at 7!!
Please practice physical distancing as recommended by the CDC while waiting in line, shopping, and checking out.
Masks are REQUIRED. Please wear your mask as you wait in line. If you do not have a mask, we will provide one for you.
We will be limiting the number of people who will be allowed inside the house at one time.
You must be present when your ticket number is called.
We will provide hand sanitizer and will require that everyone use it. After you have applied hand sanitizer you will be able to touch items that are for sale. Discarded gloves have been a problem at recent sales, so this is the simplest and safest way for everyone.

All sales final – merchandise is offered “as is, where it is”.
Please bring wrapping materials & boxes and keep them in your car until you need them to check out.
Please be prepared to remove and transport your purchases before the end of the sale. We do not offer delivery.
We accept Cash, Venmo, PayPal, and Credit Cards / Debit Cards (CC $25 min + tax) Please have small currency
No Checks, ever.
We are not responsible for accidents.
We do NOT have a public restroom.
Please do NOT block driveways and mailboxes in the neighborhood. Please respect the neighbors.
