This sale can be attended by an appointment. Please contact Mark to reserve a day and time when you can come and shop through the house. We’ll need to know how many people will be in your party so that we can maintain appropriate distancing measures. We provide masks for those who don’t have one and we have hand sanitizer that we ask you to use. We do require that masks are worn the entire time you are on the premises even if you are the only customer there. This is for OUR SAFETY and YOUR SAFETY and the safety of anyone shopping after you.

Numbered tickets will be distributed beginning at 7:00 AM on Friday only. We do not honor lists.
Merchandise is offered “as is, where it is.”
Please be prepared to remove and transport your purchases by the end of the sale. We do NOT provide delivery services.
NO LARGE PURSES, NO BACKPACKS, NO LARGE BAGS
Cash and CC ( $25 min + tax CC) No checks, ever.
We are not responsible for accidents. Please don’t block driveways in the neighborhood.
