  • This sale has more content than most folks would expect. The house is very, very small.
  • We’ll be distributing numbers starting at 7 am & probably during much of the day.
  • We might use numbers on the second day too.
  • Please be patient while you wait because the number we can invite inside at once is not many, and people will have a lot to look at.
  • This is a very quiet neighborhood & firmly regulated. 
  • Please watch your speed – they are serious!

  • Bring cash – ZERO internet
  • Bathroom is not available.
  • Please bring bags, wrapping materials & boxes
  • If you expect to purchase furniture, you’ll need a strong helper and the right vehicle for transporting furniture.
  • You might also need to bring tools, so you might as well be prepared.
  • We do not offer delivery.NO TICKETS – FIRST IN LINE = FIRST INSIDE
  • Cash is always preferred.
  • We do accept credit cards, debit cards, and Venmo.
  • The above electronic transactions will incur sales tax, and (effective 9/1/22) a $3.00 surcharge + tax will be added to sales under $25.00
